Asphalt and Paving Crew
We are hiring a hardworking and dependable crew members to join our construction team. We’re looking for Class A Drivers, Equipment Operators, and Laborers who are ready to put in the work and be part of a solid crew.
- Class A Drivers, Equipment Operators, & Laborers
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
- 6+ months experience preferred (not required)
- Must be 18+ years old
- Pass a drug/background check
Heavy Equipment Operator
We are seeking experienced Heavy Equipment Operators who take pride in safe and efficient operation on active job sites.
Backhoe, Trachoe, Dozer, Loader, Excavator, Blade, etc.
Experience operating heavy equipment such as backhoes, trackhoes, excavators, loaders, and dozers
Strong understanding of construction site safety practices and equipment operation standards
Ability to read grade stakes, site plans, and follow project layout instructions preferred
Ability to perform routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs
Experience working on commercial, civil, or site development projects is a plus
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a team environment
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Valid driver’s license required
